WTB: Liberty GT / do you know this car?

Hi guys, my parents are looking to get a Liberty GT and are looking at anything in the ~$20K mark.
I was wondering if:
a) anyone has a Liberty/knows of one for sale for around this price, and
b) does anyone know of this car and its history?
