That guy had the car listed on gumtree not to long back. He was looking at a fast sale due to leaving the country, yet he contacted a dude I work with wanting to swap for his 350z. Not sure what his story is, but I would take caution with it.

If you aren't desperate, I know of a excellent condition and low km (52k km) MY07 STI that only has a tune and exhaust on it.
Will be available in the new year and will be better priced than RJs car.
