looking to buy a IHI vf turbo and powerfc + hand controller

Hi there,
I'm looking to buy a IHI turbo,
Preferably VF24, VF28 or VF34 or any other turbos around similar specifications that are in good working order.

Also I'm looking for a suitable POWER FC + hand controller for a my99/00 WRX gc8.

Please direct me a private message with prices.

EDIT: I've bought a suitable turbocharger, I'm looking for a ecu to suit my99/00 gc8 vipec, powerfc or link.
