Corry, I have another Version 2 RA that had been ratted of it's good bits. I've been slowly putting it back together as a lightweight, no cage autokhana car.

Nice car doug, rims look great. What ever happened to that RS Lib rally weapon you had? Trev was telling me about his drive in it, and it sounded good, i remember seeing it a long time a go at your place.

Rich, I had to sell that Legacy RSR when I bought this WRX. It was heartbraking to see it go, it was just such a good car to drive. You could just throw that thing at anything, if a corner tightened you just leaned on the handbrake a little and it'd drift for ages. It was soooo light. It never bit me, I never ever spun that car. Rob Herridge drove it the race of champions at the last Rally Aus here against Colin Bond in a Ex Shinozuka Group A Evo-3 (fk'n hamburger with the lot!) Bondy had to ask Rob to let him win one, lol.
A Kiwi guy bought it, took it to Queensland and finished really strongly in the suncoast tarmac rally, he then sent it to NZ for Targa 07, which he again finished strongly. Unfortunately in last years Targa NZ it demolished about 100m of fence with the driver's door. Still finished the rally but a little worse for wear. The owner tells me he's restoring it to a series 1 again. (I had a series 2 front on it)
I think there's video of it demolishing the fence either on Targa's website or on Youtube. I'll try to find the link.
