Hi all,

Thought id start a thread about my new toy.

As alot of you will probably know already getting this car has
been a roller coaster of extreme lows and extreme highs, so
to cut a long story short i took possession of the car yesterday
in Queensland.

After doing the paper work and taking possession i decided to drive the car to the transport depot instead of them picking it up.

This gave me over 2hrs to have a nice drive from Gold coast to brisbane.

I took this opportunity to use the Pacific and Logan motorways and clean out some cob webs as well as introduce myself to driving a premium model to which i can only describe in 2 words as "Fucking Awesome"!

Now im in the process of waiting for the transport company to deliver it so i can go through the motions of getting it regoed and enjoy it .

The car comes with full jap log book and history so over the coming
days/weeks i will endeavour to put that info in here for your enjoyment
along with its brief Aussie history.

*New info will be put in RED so people can see what has been added.

Here's some basic info for now:

The car was plated 01/06 *Purchased new on 31/05/06 (H18/05/06 according to the Japanese way of writing dates) and is still under warranty but that is useless now anyway haha

Has the build #318/600

Colour WRC Blue

Was bought brand new from Tokyo Subaru "EBISU Dealership" in the Shibuya Ward of Tokyo.


*Has been serviced by the EBISU dealership every 5,000kms
and the car currently has 19,500kms on it.

The car had only done 16,500kms when it was bought into OZ
and was only driven on weekends whilst here.

I will be giving it the opportunity to see more bitumen like it deserves.

*The car was purchased new by an Aussie expat living in Japan then bought in as a personal import and sold through "Prestige Motorsport"
then I took Possesion.
