Smile Home of the GTs - Legacy & Forester [WA]

Hi to all,

Got two Subies in the driveway now. (+ 1 for a short time)

Started with a 1990 Legacy GT Wagon
Max Power: 227hp ATW @ 5250rpm 18psi
Max Torque: 325.7Nm @ 4250rpm
Fastest 1/4: 14.2 @ 156.74kph with a 2.1 60ft (needs improvement).

Engine:
VF30
Cold air intake (in guard with K & N filter)
Bosch HEC716 coils
3" TB exhaust
FMIC (flipped setup)
Z32 AFM
Apexi Power FC w Hand Controller
Greddy Profec B Boost Controller
GFB Hybrid BOV
440cc injectors
Walbro fuel pump
Sti 5spd Short shifter

Suspension:
Front adjustable koni's,
Rear struts - jap bridgestone potenza struts with lowered kings
Front & rear strut braces

Others:
17" 3 piece Jap Rims
4 pot fronts with 294mm slotted rotors
Rear Wagon Wing
Slotted front rotors
Nardi steering wheel
Better sound system
Interior Neons
Aftermarket grill
Painted skirts n grill
Auto Gauge 'defi style', Boost Gauge

Pics:

And then recently bought 2001 Forester GT for the wife

Mods:
17" Liberty GT 08 wheels
VDO boost gauge
Kartboy Short shifter
Air splitter
TD04
GFB Hybrid BOV (she wanted it lol)

Now just purchased a 1999 WRX sedan
It's pretty much a stocker when I bought it - only changes were CAI and an extremely loud diff back exhaust (too loud for me). Going to spread the love from the Legacy onto this car.

One set back on this WRX is that when I bought it I didn't realise the misfiring under boost because I only took for a short drive with not much boost. So changed the plugs but it's still there (other ones were fried as)... gonna clean to IACV and also use some upper engine cleaner... should that fail - then leads/coil pack and finally AFM will be checked. Wish me luck.

PICS

Nice Foz! Perfect colour...not that I'm biased.

Like those wheels on there too.

Thanks for the comments guys,

The Forester is certainly a damn cruisey car and very handy space, not planning to touch it too much. Wife said she wants the brrrrrrrrooooooommmmm psssssshhhhhh noises though lol. Intake and 3" exhaust and small turbo upgrade will do. If the right bov comes along i'll consider as I gotta keep wife happy ;P

Hopefully will make it to the Perth Summer Cruise coming up, enjoyed it last year when with the RS Liberty boys joined in.
