Just get some ULTREX rims that are currently on special, quite
a few members are running them and very happy.

Would hate to see some nice jap rims all curbed up.

Karina unless there is a good reason for respraying the car (i.e bad stone chips, scrapes etc) and you aren't looking at spending major $$$ on modding your ride I wouldn't recommend changing the colour of your car. If I had a $ for every time someone told us to change the colour on our bug to wrc blue or black I would be a rich woman right now!


Agree with the consensus for gun metal rims, they look hot.

some good advice in this thread.

do not respray a perfectly good my03 car with good paint! a respray is never as good as original paint and you will always be able to tell that the car has been sprayed.

ultrex lip.

get some nice 18's that fill the gaurds. see wheels world. also see them about lowering the car.

some tint and your car will look good! providing you choose some good looking rims (stay away from cheap china wheels!)

ps. take the some people on this forum with a grain of salt, they are just trying to get you to take the bait. they hate sms talk so i say try to type in full and not "sms speak".

They are the same ones you already have....the orange reflector bit has been taken out though. Can do this by baking them in the oven, prying them apart & doing the opposite to put back together.
