Scooter's Sileighty (long term project)
Ok peeps, some of you will know me already. Some of you will know my car already, but after owning the beast for 2.5 years I figured I really should put it on here.
I bought her cheep as a project with some goodies already on it, but the previous owner had just run it into the ground. I gave myself 9 months to finish it, and 2 and a half years later it needs paint and coilovers to be where I wanted it to be after 9 months!!! This is my old car which most of you should know: This is my current ride when I first bought it: Engine build: How she looked before paint :-( The specs: 1994 Sileighty SR20DET Blacktop Garrett GT2540R .86 rear housing (ceramic coated) Polished and match ported head Match ported and ceramic coated exhaust manifold Match ported standard intake manifold Match ported standard throttle body Tomei Poncams GKtec rocker arm stoppers ACL multi layered steel head gasket ACL Race Series main and big end bearings 100mm Trust intercooler R32 GTR fuel pump Malpassi rising rate fuel pressure regulator Nippon Denso 550cc top feed injectors Custom top feed fuel rail 3" stainless exhaust system Ceramic coated dump pipe Z32 airflow metre K&N pod filter 4" intake pipe SSQV BOV (fin removed) Nistune ECU S14 coil packs Monza oil catch tank Monza catch tank breather Red silicone coolant and breather hose kit Engine bits painted in Candy Red S14 Gearbox Xtreme 6 puck clutch S14 front brakes Bendix Ultimate pads 5 stud hub conversion 17x8 Koyo Drifteks 235/45R17 tyres all round 3mm slip on spacers on front, 5pm on rear D1 black wheel nuts Jetspeed front strut brace Standard shocks with lowering springs Turbotech manual boost controller HDI 30psi electronic boost controller HDI 30psi 52mm boost gauge Chrome a-pillar gauge cup Pivot shift light and controller Momo Race 3 spoke steering wheel Sony CDX-GT570 CD/MP3 tuner head unit Kicker front splits and crossovers Pioneer 6x9s in rear shelf Remote alarm system with microwave sensor Midnight purple respray (LP2) Vertex Style Front bumper GP Sports Style rear bumper Nismo side skirts Ganadore M3 style mirrors Rear spoiler, wiper, washer, aerial and bootlid brake light removed 275rwhp @ 14psi 330rwhp @ 18psi (Hyperdrive) Thanks for stopping by Scooter. |
