meh... you get 1 life and 1 shot at it. Enjoy every bit you can! I've got the house, I've got the car. Sure I've had to make sacrifices along the way to get those things, and I also had a helping hand from my parents to help get us started, but you can do both.

Good point. I think I've achieved a lot in terms of modifying a car considering i only just turned 21. It's more a question of when do i need to realise that my priorities need to change.

Bumming off parents for as long as possible= Modded Sti earlier in life which in turn means less inhibitions therefore more fun

Plus If you get the house first its like you get an infection where you must try to turn your wrx into an Sti hey kym/brendon?

21 I wouldn't be worrying too much. I do think it is very wise to have a 5-10-20 year plan so you achieve something rather than just 'living'.
