Big ends should be ok. So long as the tune is good and fuel is kept up then I would imagine Pistons should survive at that power level.

There doesn't seem to be much of a reliable pattern to what kills Pistons. Stock tune or detonation or greater than 20psi all seem to be factors.

I'm hoping that the Killer B additions help keep oil starvation away, but even at 20psi, the pistons probably won't be happy for long. The AFR's are tops, .1-.2 all across the board but we have no idea what's going on in the other 3 gears so just crossing fingers for no detonation and it should be fine.

They look good ... Intrigued as to why you didn't go a contrasting colour though?

Didn't want them to be obvious?

They contrast alright... I have gunmetal rims remember
They would disappear if black, and painting them silver would just be introducing another colour to the car. They'll stand out just fine.

Be sure to get squeaky track pads for extra street cred

New power is good, but it doesn't take long to get used to it... you start thinking "you know what, I'd really like 350-360hp" lol.

I can't hammer it too much at the minute as the clutch will go any time soon. Made a nice smell on the sole launch I have done on the new setup so I'm going to have to baby it for a while until the bank balance rejuvenates itself (going to the Grand Final on a whim emptied it).

A set of pads came with the purchase - Project Mu Club Racers. They're going to be proper noisy and probably no good for a daily as no doubt they'll require a fair bit of heat before working well. I will see how they go initially, but will probably end up looking at HC800's to replace them, upon a number of recommendations from people.

Already have stainless steel brake lines and also a pair of Project Mu Scro Pro rotors/hats to go on (secondhand, require a skim and cleanup)

Yeah, I have the same pads and DBA 4000's; Not super loud.

Cold mornings they make a little fussing for the first few stops. They are great when you get heat into them.

Having run both the hc800 and currently the club racers noise wise = both are noisy nothing the stick-on project Mu shims won't fix. The club racers work OK cold same as the hc' but with a bit of heat in them they are epic.
