So i noticed the car was sitting rather low on the front right the other week. Got around to pulling the wheel off today to have a look and found this.

Lucky i found that, tightened it all back up and reset it to the right height. Drives way better now but needs a wheel alignment, then it will be good to go for next weekends skid pan.

Anyone attempted this conversion but with dropping just the 05 STi eng & 6 speed gearbox along with ECU & loom..?

I'm sure someone have but i reckon it would take more work to do it that way.

Did the coilover top ring come off? Thats crap as! What brand are they? HSD's?

They are HSD's. The bottom collars were unwound, I'm not sure what happened. It's probably been like that since my last wheel alignment.

Personally I've operated mine at 150 mid corner in the wet on a hillclimb because i forgot to open it and my windscreen was fogging up :o
