Soooo painting the side emblems black on my car (like the one pictured below) as Silver doesnt go with my blue/black look

Should I go completely black, or have "WRX" in red or silver?

I think a red/cherry red would look very cool on a matte black base.

I'm sure you've seen these on the forums etc, but a few people have had a go at painting the letters to good effect. I think I read somewhere that someone actually made up some red resin and poured it in to get the original appearance. Would look awesome on your car in matt black with red

I actually already bought the red paint before I posted this, but then wondered if it would be too much... I guess if it is I can always paint over it again.

I wish they sold those STI ones with "WRX" as well, save me the hassle!

MY12 WRX Hatch

Finally took my car to John at wheels world. Got wheel and suspension alignment and balance done for a street setup. (and a pwrx discount!)

So much nicer to drive now, haven't pushed it too hard around any corners but it does feel firmer both cornering and at 100+. Well worth doing when you have finished modding your suspension (pretty sure I'm done)

Stereo and short shifter next I think then its done for a while.
