Ok so a but more of an update from last night/this morning:

TMIC is on and bolted up with a stock bov and return pipe.
Has a new thermostat and we have checked the timing belt for any damage, which there was none.

Coolant was filled up and bleed. car was happily sitting around 80-85°C and the heater was nice and hot.

Took it for a run around the block. It is sooooo much nicer to drive!!!
It doesn't have a tune on it, doesn't pop and fart around and has no loud bov.

Heres the catch though, pull back into with a light haze of smoke coming from under the bonnet i think the drivers side rocker cover gasket is leaking slightly or the ps fluid is leaking down the front of the block and onto the headers...

So once I'm home ill degrease it all and check and see if I can see where the leak is from :/

But jeez its nice to drive!
