To be fair I couldn't give a fuck who he is or what he knows

What he's stated is factually incorrect.

He's stating that putting pistons in an engine isn't classed as a build but If you're doing the job properly you need to split the cases and get the bores measured and honed to suit the new pistons so you run the correct piston to wall clearance. If that's not doing a build I don't know what is.

If you're doing it properly it's a build. If you're not doing that as a minimum then you really can't call yourself an engine builder or profess to know what you're talking about.

But I'm not going to sit here and argue terminology with someone. If that's how they build their engines good for them.

On Nasioc they said you can just drop pistons in without doing anything and make 500whp reliably.
