Last parts to buy for the 6 speed and its all there and ready to go in this weekend cant wait !

Anyone with a six speed and r180 plated lsd what oil do you use ?

I was just thinking 75/90 castrol oil we use at work and castrol lsd ?

Any recommendation would be appreciated

I use syntrax in the gbox and cusco oil in the rear diff. Gearbox shifys nice and smooth. And rear does good skids. No complaints with either.

Well its in not a fun job what so ever the diff and hubs were not so bad but the 6 speed jesus took for ever ... just getting it up into the tunnel was a struggle hitting on everything but we got there in end

Only 2 problems arised

No reverse lights. Due to not having the dccd plugged in

And a ever so slightly seems to be leak from the inner cv boot that i re clamped

All in all those are the only problems from a awesome day !

I still dont know how people do this swap on the floor... you guys are bloody mad !

It was cool to see the slightly added wider track from the r180 rear end

Thanks to tomy kay . Thomas williams . Jack coxon my old man and a friend of ours for letting us borrow a hoist and all the help teaching me and helping out putting it in

Time for gd front arms make it match (replace the front inner bush to gc and they bolt up..)

Could go gd cossmember and quick rack convert to gd ps pump while ur at it save swapping the inner bush

Im going to have to for the motor probably ... as the power steering lines are on the motor going to the rack
