Lane @ Racetorque will be on tuning duties this time around. It's in on the 13th so I'll update with the figures then 😊

RE Killer B sump? It's a very nice piece of kit and the extra capacity is never a bad thing.

I sold my cactus short block to a guy planning to rebuild it, he's stripped it down and found something interesting...see attached pic.

The banana shaped rod was out of cylinder 2, and the valve failure was in cylinder 4. Miraculously the rod out of #4 was straight.

So not really sure wtf to make of that but it would explain the weird idle as with a bend like that it would have been very low on compression.

More pics attached.

Done and dusted at Racetorque.

Stoked with the outcome, Lane was methodical and took his time to get everything on the car setup perfectly. Currently running closed loop boost control.

On a very conservative 22 psi the car did 260kw and 450nm.

So decided to give it a bit more of a nudge;

GIR twist mount kit with a GTX3071R 0.63AR

Blew the dust off ASG's hub dyno and Rob Turner did some fandangling on the Link

End result is 299kw and 500nm @ hubs on 1.8 bar of boost (the MAP scaling is out on the chart)

Suffice to say, I am very happy

Standard S20C EJ207 bottom end - unsure what that ratio is.

New Ultrex carbon front lip
Got the Morette's paint matched and fitted - interesting and very rally look but I'll be switching back to my custom set once Cheeze finishes them...
