Smile Toyota v16 Satnav disc burning

I am very new to this computer caper but was led to your forum when looking for a version 16 upgrade at a reasonable price . I did the Rapidshare download as sggested by one of your/our members and it worked fine . However I had the same problems as some others in burning a disc . This is what worked for me :

Go to and dowload there Version 2.1 Freeware for burning discs. Use a good quality DVD-R (8x) disc ( yes it is a minus, although a plus may work ) and let the software determine the burn speed . It worked fine first time .

As my Prado is a 2003 120series which used the Fujitsu 18002 system it appears that the above software MIGHT handle other Sensis Whereis variants , at least for Toyota.

Glad to be a member and hope this is of use to other members
