Exclamation Spare Tyre

Recently put on 18 inch rims..my spare is 16 inch factory rim..if i pop a tyre, put on the 16" spare whilst other 3 are 18's..how long can i drive with it? Or will i need to get a replacement spare tyre of 18"?

would help when i searched it brought back only a thread similar to spare tyre! Searched it and found only bout 500 threads with the words "Spare tyre" in it...

It will be fine for a while. Or just buy another rim and tyre the same as you got (thats what I did)

How fucking hard is it to search? Easy as.

That thread pointed out certain issues.

The spare tyre has a greater wheel diameter than the stock wheels.

If you wack on a space saver you should put it on the front.
