Brant + older battery with lower charge = this issue.

Give it a good charge and if it happens again, replace the battery!

even if it's not an old battery, if the car hasn't been used much this could still have killed the battery, give it a good drive/charge and see how you go..oh and yeah definitely cup the balls (=

doubtful it's Brant as it's still starting later...although if there is an CEL flashing up at first then clearing when it's starting 5 mins later it probably is a Brant issue
