Yes that is correct, the MY99/00 STI intercooler is virtually identical in dimension and fin count and flow as the standard MY99/00 WRX intercooler of that year. The only difference being a small indentation on the bottom rear of the WRX intercooler is not present on the STI one. Sweet FA differance. $330 for a Pink STi Logo. Ha Ha.

Don't waste your money!!!!!!!

After following the Rexnet threads on intercoolers, the only one I would recommend at the monent is from here:
http://www.rexnet.com.au/forum/index...howtopic=44189

These are pretty close to an exact copy of the MRT/Hyperflow Intercoolers that retail for $1200-$1600. I run a Hyperflow.

Its buyer beware for some $300 Ebay, China spec ones. Rexnet members have found:

1) Mounting points need modification or custom brackets.
2) Welds are not up to scratch and need re-welding
3) The BOV thread has been fucked and needed re-threading.
4) Interferance problems with a Front Strut Braces

Read this:

JJR Intercoolers may have fixed problems with their original design, I would Email the Rexnet members in the above thread. If all is good its a bargain at $279.
