Basically
NO. You want the wheels on the ground when you do these up.
Work on the car on stands or a 4 post lift with ramps, or even in a pit ensuring the wheels are holding the cars weight. This stops the bushes being twisted/stressed when in their normal position.
Obviously you should take all appropriate safety precautions when working under your car. Like never have your esky more than 2m away etc
