Everyone has their own story to tell when it comes to workshops - some are well crafted
PR campaigns, some are mates pushing mates, some are genuine horror stories, some are nothing short of BS, some are 100% legit.
There is definately a 'flavour of the month' mentality here in Perth when it comes to pushing a particular workshop/tuner/engine builder - lots of people play 'follow the leader' - i have seen many of the workshops listed be the chart topper one week, Australian Idol fat flop the next, just because some of the influential and well connected members of the forum take their cars there.
This thread will probably get locked once it deteriorates into another workshop bashing thread, so i suggest you use the 'advanced search' button to filter your way thru the copious workshop threads to give you a "internet picture" of the Perth scene.
