Depends how far you want to go. Ultimate is a 6 point. Whether it is willans / sparco etc is irrelevant. I bought a Willans one the other day and it was $455 from revolution racegear. That does not include any of the mounting plates though. Mind you these are not very dear.
With a six point you will need to drill two holes in the floor of you car for the crotch belt. You dont really need this in standard seats cause it has to run up the front of the bolster. Also up to you whether you want to drill holes. Not really my idea of bastardising.
Best option is probably 4 point. To fit the lap sash belts you remove the bolt at the bottom of the b pillar that holds your normal seatbelt and screw the eye bolt in. This way it is only a 2 second job to clip and unclip your harness when you want to use it.
I have not seen the sparco frame jobbie but race torque suggested that if you get the plates you can mount it in the rear parcel shelf. I was rather hesitant but they insisted it was fine. Then when you want to use it you will need to fold down the rear seat.
If you went for the parcel shelf option and a four point harness I would suggest the install will take about an hour.
The belts have a 5 year expiry. I.e. any you buy now should be dated till the end of 2012. If it is old stock make sure you get a good discount.

Even though they are FIA approved they are not ADR'd and hence Mr Plod will proceed to tell you that they are no good.
