i would be concerned about the fuckers coming back during the day maybe....instead of during the night.

Im sure you can get some sort of a sensor, like a reed switch for the front door but designed to fit the manhole.

Another option, if you have deadlocks, lock em from the inside with the key. That way they will have to exit the same way they entered, and im sure that wud make a bit of noise.

If all else fails dogs seems to be a winner according to the thread. I have two protecting my joint!
