Pre-meditated would have to be a lot more than you just happened to have a pool cue.

I think if someone is on your property you should be able to use anything you want to stop them from potentially attacking you. As I mentioned, there are some really easy answers to "why do you have this 1-1/2" diameter 2 foot long pipe at your house". - Only way to find out if I have one of them too, is try and break in
