try clean it like in your other post - theres 1 or 2 screws on the AFM which will let you remove the actual sensor unit.
Youll see the sensor, kinda like a bit of wire, spray the cleaner on this and the air will evaporate it all..
Clean it a couple times, let it dry then put it back in and try
