I have plenty of shit that could earn me a sticker but since I got my permits I haven't had a problem.
Before the permits I had 3 yellows in 3 years, got permits for the pod, intake, gauges, FMIC. If they want to give you a sticker they'll find something.. but handing them something does help. First thing they ask for when they pull you over is permits, without a permit for anything your left standing with your dick in your hand.
My experience is they don't like giving out permits as they think it makes them kinda liable. I had to really get on them to give me the ones I had, after 3 yellows it was getting beyond a joke.
I've only met a couple of ppl with permits for exhausts so don't get your hopes up. But like Joe experienced with his
BOV even with a permit they can still sticker you to have it retested.
Just get everything that’s visible, spoilers, springs, pod, gauges. cost ya about $45
