Ill raise my hand like a small school girl here and go me me pick me!!

ok.. and even though this post may open a massive can of worms up im going to post it because its the though process my heads taken since ive read the last few posts....

what "r and d" could be undertaken with Ecutek cars? Pete certainly wasnt looking for a map for his own car as it had another Ecu in it.

The only people who can view, read, and change the data are those dealers with the correct software.... and whos that? i dont even know .. RMS MMS RT?

That is unless of course, someone figures out a alternative access route to that data... which then becomes a massive legal issue. Ecu companys will go to extreme lenghts to protect their invesments. Its the first thought that popped into my head when I read above. Now there may well be an answer to my gut feeling, but my gut is big, its been with me all my life, and its telling me something.

I dont know what the hells going on, but lights are beginning to flash and buzzers are beeping
