Jump onto Wanneroo Rd, head north and that will take you straight there. On any giver weekend there is an abundance of off roaders in cars and on bikes up there so just be mindful when your 4WD'in around.

Alkimos (Quinns Rocks) is just as good however its a little harder to get too and there is a greater risk of the ranger coming after you if your wander where your not permitted. Good for a loooksee at whats left of the shipwreak too.
