You will be lucky. Anything even remotely reliable is in use at the moment. When the bowl wears out they put on another one and go again. When the truck is worn out they are absolutely stuffed. If you find a secondhand one they would be chasing mega dollars for it or it would be tied up with work.

If you dont want a new one (what I would do) the best bet would be to look east.

The other option would be to buy a secondhand truck (if you want to carry 4 -5 m3 it will need to be a six wheeler) and then put a new bowl on it. A new bowl will usually carry 5.5 m3.

How much do you want to spend? I have never priced a new one but it would have to be close to $200.

If you want to get into the concrete game and make proper money go and buy a concrete pump. Those guys are earning absolute smack at the moment.
