You have to want to stop in order to stop. If you fail, you can't shift the blame and say "na, the patches didn't work" because it's not the patches fault!!!!

I used to smoke for sometime then came out the patches and i decided to quit so i bought a packet of nicoret patches and used the 7 patched all over me stomach , chest , arms , legs the i felt dizzy and got nocked the fark out and ever since i dont no how or why i havnt felt like a smoke and havnt touched 1 since 06,,,..
