chee, shame..

umm I used to do 3 sets of 8 reps, assisted (spotted) but normally lift 3 sets of 12 at 80kg completely free. Bare in mind tho that I was going to the gym 4-5 times a week for 2 hours including cardio and swimming/spa for cool down. I found the 100kg was good for bulking up, but the 80kg was good for toning.

I wanna get back into it, because the gym is so close now, I have no excuse. Only reason I stopped is because I got to busy with work, and then my gym buddy moved to Como...

I find if you have to travel too far to get to the gym you loose motorvation to go. I think I might join up this weekend, and just work on cardio and light weights for a while until I find someone to come with.

Chee, big fan of the super set's on the shoulder press and with the free-weights. Really works!
