It's like the clear coat has been scratched but under it, you can't see any CF weaving, it's just black composite, I dunno how you would get the weaving effect back....

Im sure if the clear coat isnt damaged too much, then u should be able to sand it down and re-coat, well thats wot im going to do with mine.
The ends of the wing are painted black for the effect, but i dont think u will remove it with the light sanding
