the helper springs dont do anything for the hieght they stop the springs (rear) from being loose when there's no wieght on the shock.

when i put the suspension back in i couldnt put it back to the orginal hieght (i lost the measuremnts) so i guessed. it ended up too high but i couldnt be bothered playing around with it anymore that day....

i cant go quite as low on the rear as you had it but ill get it close as i can..
