, cops wont do nothing or very little and nothing says dont fuck with me like a stab to the abdomen. see who is driving the car and if you can take them then claim there TEETH.
but seriously its prolly better to just report it coz what are you gonna do? , follow them around and what if they are crazzy messed up and try to ram you or somthing or have a knife and come after you, you dont need that kinda shit. just tell the cops and if you want to make up some shit like they flashed a knife at you i bet that will get there attention
