the 10 means the oil tickness at start up an the w70 is to do with the the thickness at opperating temp


at start up uou want a relatively thin oil but then when the car is runninng you want it to be bit thicker

penrite do a 10w40 but there more expensive synthetic oils are a lot better and thts why ya pay bout 80dollar for 5 litres
