If you are using the LT series (laptop tunable), a decent tuner who knows what he's doing (ie tune in matrix mode) can give you good results and fuel economy. Many associate microtech with rotaries and assume things will always be the same (i.e poor fuel economy) like the old series, esp tuners/users who cannot get it right use convenient excuses to change ecu.

When a motec car isn't running right, its in the tune or whatever. When a cheaper ecu isn't running right, it's meant to be so cos you didn't pay big bucks. Go figure.
