With the mobile phone one, 'technically' you can only claim business calls you have made. What you will find is so long as you are claiming under a certain percentage the tax man doesn't care too much. Personally I'd look at how much % is business. If its 1 or 2 calls out of 500, you'd be hard pressed to justify it if ever audited.

Not 100% on the salary sacrifice bit, but if you buy a laptop, you can be reimbursed by your employer and both can make the depreciation deduction.
