Megs, don't talk to your insurance company and try and arrange a deal, when it comes down to it, they are a business and they are there to make money. Give that number i gave you a ring on monday, talk to them about what happened they will be able to give you and answer, also their word is law to insurance companies, if they say they have to pay for the rims too, they have to, it doesn't cost you a thing, the insurance company pays all the fees involved. Basically maybe give it a stab at your insurance company, say something along the lines of "Are you going to pay for my rims as they where in your care? Or shall i contact the insurance ombudsman" if you get no reaction from that, give that number a ring and they will be able to help you further, i don't any reason why its your fault that the rims got stolen in their care. Remember the repair company is working for them, they choose that company, and that argument is between the smash repairs and the insurance company.... Good luck
