When I was at Toyota we used to walk past the bosses office which was glass when he had interviews going and hold up a post it note with our score on it.
Girl with the highest score would usually get the marketing jobs.
We also used to crank the aircon super cold and wear our suit jackets indoors to keep warm when the reception girl with breast implants was working our area.
