That's the route I'm investigating, although as Jester said the front brakes may not fit inside the 16" stock rims on the RS.

I'd probably try to do the rear diff at the same time, but I would have thought the rest of the drivetrain could handle it - it's only going from 112 to 160kW, and 223 to 292Nm.
