Sometimes (not saying this time), but sometimes "shit breaks" - no reason, no one's fault - it's just part of modifying cars. Sometimes fuel pumps fail, oil pumps fail, hoses & lines split or loosen,
ecu boards & electronic gizmos crap themselves for no reason - many things can & will happen, especially with older/modified cars & used parts.
