That will be Rusty James. I met up with him and his mrs down south years ago and this drop kick of a tour guide was going on about how much he knows about horticulture and how much money he has. In the end I could not take it anymore and told the bus driver who the long haired dude was and who his parents were. He never said another word after that. Rusty ran the Carabooda section when it was just trees. Dont know what the set up is yet as they have not finished moving everything.
