I know the guy who used to own that car many years ago. Those door pods are from my wagon many years ago. That engine is good for an anchor, thats about it. I remember the car, it did the show rounds in its day, usual array of bolt ons, shithouse chrome wheels, 'had' a nice interior. I'd say its changed hands a few time since then.
