I see druggies and the misery that drugs bring at my work almost everyday. No sympathy from me...

The Aust govt. knows they can't dissuade the Singaporean govt. but they have to try anyways or the media and public will have it all over them. It's good publicity for the govt to be seen as doing their best even if it is futile.
