cat back - pipe is changed from the catalytic convertor to the back of the car
turbo back & manifold back(TBE) - system is completely replaced and upgraded with new cat and muffler

ahh, +10000000000 for a TBE

and don't forget your up pipe!!!! get that biatch swapped out too
