End of the day, you pranged it, they're fixing it. There's never a given "FIXED" period for which they have to have it back to you. Ok so no "Fixed" period, I understand that... but 8 months!!! You have got to be kidding me. You have to see where I'm coming from... it just seems to be one thing after another.
