when I downshift I push gearstick towards lower gear and blip throttle a bit so the gearstick just drops in with hardly any effort better for the syncros im guessing? what Ive heard rev matching is better for your gearbox but worse for your clutch, thats the mechanical side but rev matching helps keep the car balanced when driving so you dont get oversteer, drifters call it shift lock? also being 6 foot 6 makes it very hard to turn your leg enough to heel toe haha
