Yeh All depends were you want to live-work.

I live near Medina, and have no complaints about the industrial strip, 5-10 mins away from the beach/ 30-40 min away from the city (except peak hour is a bitch). New railway line is going to make life so much easier !

Anyways City is overrated :P id move further south if i could afford it !
