Doesn't quite make sense because it was made in 98. Which is usually intended for the 1999 market...
The side skirts are painted, so it would suggest that the door handles, mirrors were done at the same time. Sideskirts aren't colour coded for MY00. or any to my knowledge unless its a special edition etc.
MY99 RX came with 6 spokes as well =)
